What is your cancellation policy?
Because we have only ten rooms, we require a deposit to hold a reservation. You will receive a 50% refund of the reservation total if you cancel in writing at hola@townhousecartagena.com at least 30 days before check‑in. Cancellations made within 30 days of check‑in are non‑refundable and the deposit is non‑transferable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers changes and cancellations.
Is breakfast included with my stay?
Yes, breakfast is complimentary for all guests who book directly through our website.
How much does an airport transfer cost?
Our airport transfer service costs 120,000 COP for up to four passengers. For groups of five or more, the rate is 200,000 COP.
