Late checkout is available for a fee of 100,000 pesos.
What is your cancellation policy?
Because we have only ten rooms, we require a deposit to hold a reservation. You will receive a 50% refund of the reservation total if you cancel in writing at hola@townhousecartagena.com at least 30 days before check‑in. Cancellations made within 30 days of check‑in are non‑refundable and the deposit is non‑transferable. We recommend purchasing travel insurance that covers changes and cancellations.
Is breakfast included with my stay?
Yes, breakfast is complimentary for all guests who book directly through our website.
How much does an airport transfer cost?
Our airport transfer service costs 120,000 COP for up to four passengers. For groups of five or more, the rate is 200,000 COP.
Can I add extra guests or visitors after check-in?
Every guest has to be registered at check-in with a national passport or Colombian ID card — no photos, no copies, the real thing. No swaps, no additions, no exceptions.
Unregistered guests or visitors aren't allowed in the rooms, full stop — not for a drink, not for five minutes. We operate a no sex tourism policy at Townhouse. Anyone under 18 needs a parent or legal guardian with them and proof of that relationship, or they're not coming in. And look, we reserve the right to deny entry to the property or the room at any point if we think these rules are being bent or broken.
