Rooftop Pool Day Pass in Cartagena: Ours Is €25 for Two
The pass is €25 and it covers two people for the day. That's access to our rooftop pool, up on the roof of our building on Carrera 7 #36-88 in San Diego, a few steps off Plaza de San Diego and inside the old walls. You don't need to be staying with us to buy one.
If you're eating with us, the pass is separate. Breakfast and restaurant guests are welcome to use the pool after their meal, but only with a valid day pass or if you're staying the night. A plate of food doesn't come with the water, which we'd rather tell you now than at the top of the stairs.
Children are fine up here until 8pm. Under-12s are free during daytime hours. After 8pm the rooftop turns adults only, and if a child is up here after 8pm on a live-music night there's a $10 surcharge. Same rule on music nights as any other night.
Time it properly. The reason a day pass in Cartagena is worth anything is the middle of the day, roughly noon to three, when walking the Old Town stops being fun and everyone who's been here a week is horizontal. Come for that window. Then stay: the rooftop is open till midnight, Members Only kicks off around 9 on Friday and Saturday, and locals get 15% off up here too, so it isn't a roof full of people who all landed the same morning.
One honest warning. If you want quiet and colonial hush, we're probably not your spot. It gets loud after dark, deliberately.
